2013 Holiday Card Mini Sessions

Thursday, October 24th, 2013

They’re back!! Holiday Card Mini Sessions. I did this a few years back, and I’ve had old clients asking me to bring them back. It has never work out because I’ve always been fully booked this time of year. Lets face it, Mini Sessions are a steal, and why would I do them if I had full sessions booked?

You may have noticed my long absence on the blog. Well, it’s because I was in GREECE!! Not the entire time, but for a couple of weeks leading up to it, I was very busy getting things ready and finishing up clients with open sessions. The phone would ring, I’d get an email, and it seemed like over and over I was turning clients down because I wasn’t going to be around. My husband and I absolutely loved Greece. We had a fabulous time visiting ancient ruins, sitting on black sand beaches, hiking and EATING! The Greeks know how to eat. Despite the fact that we have two small children, we can now say we have learned how to linger over a meal. A three hour linger!

Well, we’re back now, and Greece put me in such a generous mood, I’ve decided to bring back the Holiday Card Mini Sessions. I want to be able to service all my clients because I hate letting people down. It’s always good to give back to your community, and I am feeling extremely blessed, so take advantage!

So, it is time to starting thinking about what you are going to send out for Holiday cards! You’re probably thinking, “Wasn’t there one good snap shot of all of us on vacation this year? Or at Susie’s wedding? I hope the we didn’t look too disheveled and the kids were all smiling. I need to try and find that photo soon.

Listen to what you are saying! Your family and friends get an up to date photo of you once a year (unless you are more the hit and miss type with these things) and you want to send a snapshot? And you want to go to Sam’s Club or get online at Shutterfly to buy the 50 cent 4×8 photo cards?

You can pull together a much better alternative right here. Get professional photos AND professional cards. Double sided 5×7 cards printed on a lightly shimmering PEARL cardstock that doubles as a gift because the back has a large photo with no text that your family and friends can slip into a frame!

Be caught looking your personal best this Holiday Season!

Biljardt Family of 5

Friday, August 23rd, 2013

I’m pretty sure these are the first official Biljardt family portraits I’ve taken as a party of 5. (Correct me if I’m wrong Julie!) Adding a sweet little niece to the mix was just what was needed to balance out these family portraits sessions. Miss A is always trying to keep up with the boys yet she adds a distinctly feminine spunk [a bit like her mother maybe?] Okay, okay I better stop and let the photos speak for themselves! Lots of ♥ from Indy to Winnipeg :)
